· Ensures the implementationof PMT Quality Management (QM) Surveillance Tools
· Assures that personnelresponsible for the Engineering and Procurement Surveillance Plans comply withthe deliverables of the plan as approved with frequent review of findings &metrics as they apply to approved Project Quality Plans.
· Provides input to the checklistswhen developing and planning assessments and verifications.
· Coordinatesproject-specific Quality Management training and orientation.
· Plans and coordinates allQuality steering team meetings with the Contractor
· Responsible for reviewingEPC Contractor's Quality Plans and Individual Quality Plans or procedures ofVendors/Sub-Vendors as required.
· Review and approval ofContractor's schedule(s) for internal and external technical and quality auditsand provision of PMT participation.
· Schedules and conducts QualityManagement audits of PMT to ensure continued compliance to the Project QualityManagement System and stewards audit findings to resolution and closure.
· Monitors EPC Contractorsquality performance in Engineering, Procurement and construction withcontributions to Quality Management surveillance metrics aligned with theapproved Project Quality Plan.
· Leads and conducts rootcause evaluations and/or Quality Investigations as directed by Quality Head.
· Assesses and evaluatesContractors responses to Deviation Requests, / Corrective Action Request /Non-Compliance Report or Specification Deviation Requests for correctness andcompleteness.
Coordinatesthe Quality Management weekly report to the Quality Head.
