Job Roles:
• Responsiblefor resolving incidents and problems associated with computer hardware andsoftware, provide technical support, advice, and assistance to End Users.
• Actas primary Helpdesk contact for providing support to the end users for all ITrelated issues and provide the resolution by remote access, by phone, by e-mailor in person.
• Record,track and monitor IT related user complaints. Ensure that user complaints arehandled promptly and resolved effectively.
• Installingconfiguration and rollout of PCs, notebooks and other workstations.
• Installation,troubleshooting and managing of computers, software, printer, switches,routers, firewall and wireless AP.
• Responsiblefor maintaining the company's IT infrastructure, network, servers and securitysystems.
• Responsiblefor investigating and diagnosing computer hardware and software related issues,network problems, making recommendations for improving the company's IT systemsand carrying out routine configuration and installation of IT solutions.
• Updateand track records of computer hardware and software license related inventory.
• Escalaterequests to the appropriate party, as needed
• Prepareand distribute relevant documentation and follow internal processes andprocedures
• Handson experience in the installation and troubleshooting of IT hardware, Softwareand End user support.
• GoodKnowledge of Windows operating systems including Windows 10 upgrade process.
• Proficientin Office 365, Active Directory & MS Teams.
Education Requirement.
• Degreein Computer Science, Information System, Computer Technology, or related field
• Minimumof 2- 3 years’ experience in related field
• Fluentin English both written and verbal communication
• BasicITIL & MS SCCM knowledge is a plus and Certifications like Microsoft &Cisco preferred.
