Essential Duties andResponsibilities:

 

Responsible for maintaining andenhancing Applus Velosi reputation with our clients and developing effectivelong-term client relationships thus identifying and developing newopportunities for the Group.

 

Quality Assurance of theorganizational needs (ISO-9000:2008) and Contracts.

Adhere and stay committed to thecompany’s QHSE Policy and to any HSE related responsibilities as determined bythe company and outlined in the Responsibilities section of the company’sPolicies, Procedures and Guidelines.

 

Preparing & reviewing thetechnical & commercial BID. Business Development & Preparation ofproposals for project inspection services & other TSS related services ofApplus Velosi operated in KSA.

 

Interface with Clients/Customersfor business purpose and intercompany (within Applus Velosi Group).

Execution of the projects andensuring their timely delivery to the valued Client/Customers.

 

Management of multi-disciplineengineering project teams, Management of Company’s profit & Loss (P/L)accounts.

 

Ensure that customer needs arelistened to and understood by self and other team members, thus making customerfocus a driving force behind activities.

 

Using appropriate methods andinterpersonal styles to develop, motivate, and guide the team toward successfulcompletion of projects/objectives. Consistently develops and sustainsco-operative working.

 

Relationships within organizationand customer groups; fosters commitment, team spirit, pride, trust &        Plan and priorities one’s own work, thework of others and associated resources to achieve business goals andstrategies.

 

Establishes action plans for selfand others to ensure that work is completed efficiently with on-goingprioritizing of critical activities. Co-ordinates and manages projects andresources, including monitoring  Financial and operational performance.

 

Goes the extra mile to ensureobjectives are achieved on time and on budget.

Providing technical support to theInspectors & engineers.

Attending Business meeting.

 

Ensure the Implementation ofHealth, Safety, Environment and Security of the company’s Polices andProcedure.

 

EDUCATION:

Diploma/ Bachelor's degree inEngineering

Should be IRCA certified LeadAuditor

Preferably PMP certifiedprofessional

10 years of experience.

Excellent people management,organizational, and negotiation skills

Leadership and strong ManagementSkills.

Excellent communication skills andexcellent command of English
