Bachelor Degree of engineering with 4 relevant experience.

Holds a valid international certification as a welding inspector
Working knowledge of quality system standards and methods
Multidiscipline is preferred
A good knowledge of applicable international standards
ARAMCO experience or approval
Saudi ARAMCO Computer-Based Test (CBT) will be an added advantage
Currently in home country or in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
Willing to travel 80% around site
Driving license is a must
Immediately available

Roles & Responsibilities:

Should have undergone induction training and orientation for
all procedures relevant to their competency based on the
competency matrix designed.
Carry out training, check & analyse the competence of the
candidate and the relevant international std. requirements &
the relevant Applus approved procedures.
Ensure that any changes to competence qualification are
communicated to HOD/Projects Managers.
Attend the awareness / training sessions & to allow proper
competence evaluation & monitoring.
Follow all safety regulations of Applus & applicable at the
point of training.
Understanding and thorough knowledge of the relevant
training scope and activities.
Responsible to apply the Training procedures and documents;
Comply with company’s QHSE management system
Provide quality training service by establishing and enforcing
organization standards.
Seek training evaluation, for each of the training after
Assist the coordinators in developing training schedules
Maintain database of all training materials
Create training strategies, initiatives, and materials
Consult with other trainers, HOD, and Project Manager
Review and short list Trainees Resumes
Conduct technical interview and select candidates accordingly assign and mobilize Engineers to project site
Execute Training Program for Saudi National Engineers
Develop and Conduct training and Orientation to familiarize Engineer- trainees with HSE, Quality, QMS ISO, and job responsibilities
Develop an IDP for each trainee that consist of 1 year and 4 years plan Develop and Improve On-Job Training Program for all Disciplines Conduct trainees Development Program
Indicate Engineering and Inspection Courses, International Certification (Aramco PEDD, TWI, BGAS, NASE, API, CSWIP, etc.)
Develop Controlling, monitoring, and improvement method Designate Field Supervisors, Mentors, Trainees Responsibilities
Develop development forms of Inspector's such as( Daily Activity Log, Monthly Client's Evaluation Form, Monthly On Job Training Report, Weekly Report along with Sample, Guidelines, Individual Development Plan, Time sheet, Self-Evaluation, On-Job Training)
Review monthly trainees report and provide recommendations Assign Mentor for each trainee at site
Comply with Saudization contractual agreement Convert Trainees to approved Inspector
Convert Inspector to Sr. Inspectors and Supervisors
Educate and provide the tools to trainees to enhance self-development Indicate Technical Courses to all trainees
