•Diplomaor Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration or relatedfield
•Min4 years’ experience in Human Resources and payroll.
•Highlevel of English & Arabic both written and oral communication skills
•Handlingend-to-end monthly payroll for employees in SAPsystem
•Datainput for hiring of new joiners & verifying the data in SAP aremoved to Payroll.
•Excellentin Microsoft Office particularly in Excel
•Workingexperience in GOSI &HRDF
•Deepunderstanding in entire HR procedure like Payroll review of Annual &Rotational Vacation Settlements, Full & Final Settlements review as pernorms and according to Saudi Labor Laws.
•Ensureaccurate and timely review of the payroll in accordance with company norms& Labor Laws
•Providesresolutions to employee relations issues.
•Ensuringall HR transactions related payroll are processed efficiently.
•In-depthknowledge of Saudi labor law and HR best practices
•Abilityto multi-task and work under pressure
•Otherrelated duties as required or assigned from management
