Position:Project Quality Manager
Requirements
- Age between 35 and 60
- Technical university degree
- Decennial experience working internationally
- Experience in Offshore Projects
- Very good English spoken and written
- Qualification as Lead Auditor ISO 9001:2015 / IRCA qualified
Tasks
▪ Ensurethe definition and implementation of the PQMS and the identification,preparation and distribution of needed Project
QualityPlans and procedures in accordance with the Company Quality Management System(QMS)
▪ Ensurethat the integrity of the Company QMS is maintained when changes are made tothe system for the project
▪ Ensurethat the correct implementation of the Project QMS is checked and monitoredthrough the planning of quality audits
▪ Ensurethat the correct implementation of planned quality audits, taking in accountall project processes, including the
issue ofrelevant audit reports
▪ Ensure,within the project organization, the planning of activities aimed at promotingthe applicable Contractual Quality
Requirements
▪ Conductexternal audit to Vendors and Subcontractors QMS
▪ Ensure,within the project organization, the planning of activities aimed at promotingthe applicable Contractual Quality
Requirements
▪ Plan andallocate Quality resources to the various area of the project, managing them inliaison with involved Quality
functions
▪ Supportthe Project Manager in relations with the Client and with the Authoritiesresponsible for quality matters
▪Participates to Project Management meetings, to ensure coordination betweenQuality activities and Project Management
activities
▪ Ensurethe preparation and issue of QC specifications for the works, coordinating andagreeing the checks by the Technical
Departmentsand Client
▪ Ensurethe issue of quality requirements to be incorporated, in the contractualdocuments, with Vendors and
Subcontractorsand organizations in charge of works
▪ Ensurethe Site QC activities implementation, including the monitoring of QCmanagement tool updating
▪ Ensuremanagement of nonconformities
▪ Promoteappropriate actions in order to prevent or eliminate potential non-conformitiesand their causes
▪ Ensurethe management of Cost of Non Quality process
▪ Ensureknowledge and awareness of Quality requirements within the Project Team, alsoperforming Quality Training
activities
▪ Collectand analyze project quality data also in order to organize and lead the ProjectQuality Management Review
▪ Ensurethe management of lessons learned process
▪ EnsureCustomer satisfaction process implementation
▪ ReportProject information and data to Company's Quality Manager by means of Corporatemethodologies and tools and
keep theProject Quality Reporting tools updated
