Job Purpose

Manage all Onshore and Offshore Brownfield scope forfabrication ensuring compliance to the requirements and adherence to allmilestones. In all activities, ensure fit for purpose application of bestpractices, technology and appropriate strategies for successful execution.

Key Job Accountabilities

• Supports Project Management Team (PMT) in leading andfabrication activities at site, by providing guidance to the Contractor team,ensuring timely and effective directions are followed in all aspects.

• Direct the team to ensure the safety, administrative andoperational aspects of brownfield fabrication are monitored, and theperformance targets are being met.

• Ensures overall compliance with brownfield fabrication,specifications, and procedures by promoting effective communication andteamworking together with best practice sharing to improve operationalefficiencies.

• Manage key interfaces with continuous and regularcommunication with all stakeholders including but not limited to Operations,PMT and EPC Contractor.

• Lead the brownfield fabrication activities ensuring adequatescope components are included and requirements properly described. Contributeto the roles and responsibilities definition to ensure an efficient preparationand execution of the full EPCOL program of brownfield fabrication.

• Manage contractor performance through leadership andcoaching to ensure teams understand the work processes, implementation, andperformance monitoring, resulting in the timely mobilization of qualityresources and effectiveness of site personnel.

• Provide Management a look-ahead of critical activities toget the necessary focus on planning and resources and update these as requiredto achieve agreed objectives

• Highlight to Management attention, any signs of poorCONTRACTOR performance and take the lead for providing immediate correctiveactions proposals

• Inform Management immediately of any safety or complianceissues that are incompatible with procedures

• Coordinate the input and review the development ofContractor detailed engineering, procurement, schedule and execution plans, tocomplete the work.

Minimum Requirements

15 years’ experience working within oil and gas industry ina Project Fabrication related environment with experience of offshore projects,engineering, operations and having at least 10 years of extensive experience inoffshore brownfield fabrication, most of them in a supervisory role.
