Reporting to the National Procurement / Purchasing Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in implementing strategies within the Procurement & Purchasing Departments to maximise cost savings and to improve machinery part lead times.
Specific responsibilities will include:
- Inputting data into SAP for requisitions, orders and reports
- Coordinating vendor activity for despatch and purchase order generation
- Communicating with suppliers
- Report preparation
- Data mapping
- Maintenance of supplier lists across parts, lead times and costings
To be considered for this opportunity you should possess the following skills and experiences:
- Advanced Excel skills
- Advanced SAP experience
- Experience with Dynamics would be highly regarded
- Experience within procurement and purchasing departments
- Good time management & interpersonal skills
