Job Purpose:

EPCI TenderingPhase & EPCI Execution phase (Assistand report to the Head of Offshore Facilities):
-
Supportpreparation and coordination of the EPCI Tender phase (NFE/NFS Topsides, STPand Pipelines) documentation (presentation, procedures, and plans), EPCI TenderBulletin preparation and coordination, update of EPCI ITT during tendering.

Support the dayto day Project EPCI (NFE/NFS Topsides, STP and Pipelines) includingco-ordination, day to day Project activities.

Support coordination of Project discipline andtimeline resolution of transverse issues, Senior Management to drive theproject to timely delivery as per milestones, and assist Senior Management toverify and ensure that the EPCI contractors delivers as per Contract scope ofwork.
Key JobAccountabilities :
-
Preparation andcoordination of the NFS Topsides ITT package.

Preparation,coordination and execution of the EPCI Tender phase (Topsides, STP, NFS andPipelines). Including but not limited to Agenda for both Topsides and PipelineBidders KOM.

Assist in thePreparation for Site visits for pipelines bidders.
-
Co-ordinate thetopsides and pipeline unpriced evaluation plan, preparation, agenda formeetings with bidders.

Topsides &Pipelines clarification & equalisation register, tender bulletin, technicalequalisation between bidders and preparation of Tender Bulletin as necessary.

Preparation andcoordination of Topsides & Pipelines Unpriced evaluation report and NormalisationPreparation (technical normalisation).

Progressiveupdate of Exhibits and Appendices following clarifications and tender bulletinsin view of update for CONTRACT

Prepare andmaintain Project Management Team (PMT) formal action register and ensure timelyand documented close-out.

Support thefollow-up of Risk and Issues Management actions within the Topsides andPipelines package as directed by Senior management and Risk Management Lead andensure timely completion, follow-up andassist in the preparation and maintenance of PMT Lesson learned register andassist in ensure timely and documented close-out by Company.

Co-ordinatepreparation of EPCI workshop charters and their review, planning andorganisation. Identify stakeholders (Drilling, Subsurface, Operations, OPCO,Jacket, etc.) and shareholders (QP, etc.) to attend (attendance matrix to beprepared).

Support timelydelivery as per milestones and verify that the EPCI contractors delivers as perscope of work as detailed in the Contract.

Supportpreparation of Management of Change and identification of impactedstakeholders, ensure timely assessment and compile the technical assessment inconjunction with the contracts/cost specialist.

Co-ordinatepresentations for Senior Management, Stakeholders, Shareholders as requested bythe PMT.
MinimumRequirements :
-
Tertiaryqualifications (Tertiary Engineering Degree) and / or professional registrationin a relevant engineering discipline.
-
15 years ofexperience minimum in the area of (EPCI) of offshore Oil and Gas ProductionFacilities (FPSO, Semi-Submersible, Wellhead Platforms) and Offshore Pipelines.

Experience ofProject management as Senior Project Engineer, coordinator of team, ProjectManagement.
-
Experience withmanagement of Contract.
