To deliverBrownfield Project on time under the Project Management System, to budget andto the required level of quality.

Attendworkshops, shutdown gates, document reviews, formal risk assessments, deliverables to support project execution.
Key JobAccountabilities :

To drivevisible leadership in team and others of COMPANY Safety, Health andEnvironmental Policy and respect to individuals

To deliverproject phase requirements, milestones as defined in schedule in line withCOMPANY Management System

To be the Leaderof a multi-discipline team as needed for the Brownfield activities
-
Guide, Mentorand act as role model for Engineers,coordinators and all contractors
-
To superviseand control the activities of the Contractor/Subcontractors related to theBrownfield, all construction and mechanical works in respect of scope and inaccordance to prioritization agreed with the Lead and head of brownfieldproject execution, based on emergency, safety, production and futuredevelopment critical needs

To Follow andto drive the resources, equipment, tools, consumables, …, required for theBrownfield, construction and mechanical activities and deliver offshore works with zero punch items.

To participateto the risk analysis as required for the good performance of the works.

To Check theconstructability aspects of the deliverables (Work packs) provided by theEngineering and to coordinate with QA leader and Sr Construction Engineer forall quality matters

To ensurePermit To Work preparation in due time with needed technical and HSEdocumentation, in line with standards.

To coordinatedaily Tool Box Talks with contractors.

To Assist FieldOperation with preparation of isolation plans and related material requirementsand the offshore Commissioning Team as needed.

To Ensure thatthe resources and organisation from Contractor are adequate with regards to theworkload.

To ReviewContractor’s progress reports and reports for all the activities, highlightingcritical problems, drifts and dysfunctions if any.

Interface withother departments in Field Operation…to ensure close collaboration to meetobjectives.

To Contributeto the close out dossier at the end of the project, as well as to participateto REX and Lessons learned for the Company.
MinimumRequirements :
-
Engineer ortechnician with more than 10 years experience in O&G facility design,construction, project management or operations.
-
Technicalbackground with Minimum of 10 years experience in construction of O&G
-
Experience inoffshore construction brownfield activities under SIMOPS Conditions.
-
Extensiveknowledge of industry best practice in Project Management
-
Knowledgeablein Risk Assessment processes and applications.
-
Managed multidiscipline and multi cultural teams.
