Maintenance and Operation Handover Specialist

Job Purpose      

The maintenance and operation handover specialist ensureseffective Maintenance and operational deliverables are coordinated inaccordance with Quality assurance and Completion procedures for all projectmaterial and equipment control for asset handover. Present and participation inmeetings with Contractor, Vendors and maintenance team on Company behalf.

Key Job Accountabilities:

• Conducts Procurement Surveillanceassesments for all project scope material, package and supporting documentation.

• Reviewing document quality forapproved material, spare parts and two year maintenance requirements.

• Coordinates timely review of ORRdeliverables and strategies for start up and handover.

• Manage and follow EPC CTR for RSPLTracker and ORR tracker

• Provides reports for all RSPL andOperational readiness progress.

• Coordinates transition andacceptance between CONTRACTOR and Operations warehouse for RSPL.

• Manage interface between OES DptQG and EPC CTR for all deliverables as per ORP

• Verification of closure of NCRsraised during manufacturing

• Leads and participates in auditsat critical material, RSPL and start up critical parts.

• Reviews Vendor Manufacturingrecord books prior to issuance to Project Team

• Expidites deliverables and materialsand provides reports back to Project Team.

• Reviews mechanical acceptancepackage equipment, operating and maintenance spares deliverables.

• Manage Capital spares of theproject to ensure tracability, reporting and final delivery on QG Warehouse.

Minimum Requirements:

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor or Associates degree inEngineering or Science preferred,

• 15 years experience associatedwith Operational procedures and maintenance and start up deliverables executingMajor projects including Major fabrication, manufacturing and installation ofoffshore assets

• Minimum 5 years experience workingin the Middle east with prior experience of executing projects for the state ofQatar.

• Experience with QG spare partsmanagement or ORP is a plus.
