ICSS Completion Execution Specialist - Qatar And Indonesia

Job Purpose      

• Technical expertise in controlsystems ESD / FGS / DCS (Siemens – Delta V – Triconex …etc)

• Deep knowledge control narratives /FDS / typicals for control systems

• Technical expertise in UCP vendorpackage control & systems

• Deep knowledge of package &ICSS interface signals (Hardware, Modbus…etc)

• Attend FAT as per projectsrequirements

• Manage, track and approve softwaremodifications request (SMR) from EPC CTR to ICSS Vendor

• Organize the witnessing of theCompletion activities (Pre Comm and Comm – SAT – Loops - OTP’s)

• Lead and interface all SAT/OTP forvendor package start up and ICSS interface

• Supervise Instrument & ControlSystem Completion activities and maintain good coordination for daily siteactivities with other parties.

• Review and approve EPC CTRCompletion dossiers.

• Initiate and follow up clearance ofPunch List, highlight technical problem encountered and provide technicalexpertise to speed up PL clearance.

• Approve the test records and verifyupdating on PIMS database accordingly.

• Ensure the Red Line Mark-up aredone on relevant drawings and documents.

• Permanently liaise with OPSpersonnel participation to testing and witnessing of the activities.

• Report immediately any unexpectedevent which may affect the commissioning activities.

Key Job Accountabilities:

• Subject Matter Expert for ICSScommissioning.

• Establish and be custodian ofclient's corporate commissioning framework.

• Define, develop and implement andcontinuously improve completions and commissioning philosophies, standarddocumentation and procedures and Electricales and go-buys.

• Custodian of the I&C Completionexecution both ONSHORE and OFFSHORE.

• Management of iinternal andexternal interfaces with client counterparty, Vendor class and StatutoryRegulatory bodies.

• Responsible for Corporate HSE Inputfor Instrument & Control System Completion.

• Assist Engineering with FAT supportdocumenting all findings into database

• Interface with operations in theturnover of Mechanical Acceptance Package and certificates.

Minimum Requirements:

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor Degree (BSc) inengineering discipline

• Minimum 15 years experience inCommissioning within the Oil and Gas Industry with minimum 5 years asInstrument & Control System Completion Lead.

• Experience with major EPCContractors and fabrication activities in Asia yards.

• Experience in commissioningexecution and specially; Complex Loop manipulation, ESD and F&G andOperational Test.

• A high level of proficiency inwritten and spoken English

• Computer literacy involving theregular use of professional office applications and some technical applications
