Electrical Completion Execution Specialist - Qatar and Indonesia

Job Purpose      

• Technical expertise of electricalgeneration and distribution systems during commissioning and start up phase

• Technical expertise of LV/MV ondistribution boards / switchgear – Schneider LV/MV experience is an adavantage

• Technical expertise for UPS / EDG /GTG

• Technical expertise on electricalcontrol systems (PDCS, PMS, Load sharing, Load Schedding…etc)

• Review and approve the OTP(operational test procedure) from EPC CTR for all electrical systems –

• Review and approve the completionsequence for greenfield/bronwfield  bothONSHORE/OFFSHORE from EPC CTR

• Review and comment MCC dossier fromEPC

• Review and approve DCC/RFC/RFSUdossier from EPC

• Attendance to FAT / IFAT as perprojects requirements

• Assist and review EPC CTR on OTPpreparation and execution with spare parts requirements

• Organize the witnessing of thePre-Commissioning & Commissioning activities.

• Supervise Process completionactivities and maintain good coordination for daily site activities with otherparties.

• Initiate and follow up clearance ofPunch List, highlight technical problem encountered and provide technicalexpertise to classify  PL category as percriticality and safety aspects.

• Approve the test records and verifyupdating on PIMS database accordingly.

• Ensure the Red Line Mark-up aredone on relevant drawings and documents.

• Permanently liaise with OPSpersonnel participation for testing and witnessing of the activities.

• Report immediately any unexpectedevent which may affect the commissioning activities.

• PIMS R4 Knowledge or othercompletion database experience

Key Job Accountabilities:

• Subject Matter Expert for Electricalcommissioning & Completion.

• Establish and be custodian ofclient's corporate commissioning framework.

• Define, develop and implement andcontinuously improve completions and commissioning philosophies, standarddocumentation and procedures and Electricales and go-buys.

• Custodian of the ElectricalCompletion execution both ONSHORE and OFFSHORE.

• Management of iinternal andexternal interfaces with client counterparty, Vendor class and StatutoryRegulatory bodies.

• Responsible for Corporate HSE Inputfor Electrical Completion.

• Assist Engineering with FAT supportdocumenting all findings into database

• Interface with operations in theturnover of Mechanical Acceptance Package and certificates

Minimum Requirements:

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor Degree (BSc) inengineering discipline

• Minimum 15 years experience inCommissioning within the Oil and Gas Industry with minimum 5 years asElectrical Completion Lead.

• Experience with major EPCContractors and fabrication activities in Asia yards.

• Experience in commissioningexecution and specially; 6.6 kV switchgear, Electrical 1st Energization , SATand Operational Test.
