Process Completion Execution Specialist - Qatar and Indonesia

Job Purpose      

• Technical expertise of GAS process systems duringcommissioning and startup phase

• Technical expertise of utilities process systems during commissioningand startup phase (air compressor, N2, EDG, GTG …etc)

• Technical expertise for N2He Leak test both tests packspreparation than field execution and approval/witness.

• Review and approve the operating philosophy from EPC CTR

• Review and approve the OTP (operational test procedure) fromEPC CTR for all GAS & utilities process systems – Deep knowledge ofP&ID and PFD – Knowledge ICSS controls narrative.

• Review and approve the completion sequence for greenfield/brownfield  both ONSHORE/OFFSHORE from EPC CTR

• Review and comment MCC dossier from EPC

•  Review and approveDCC/RFC/RFSU dossier from EPC

• Attendance to FAT / IFAT as per projects requirements

• Assist and review EPC CTR on OTP preparation and executionwith spare parts requirements

• Organize the witnessing of the Pre-Commissioning &Commissioning activities.

• Supervise Process completion activities and maintain goodcoordination for daily site activities with other parties.

• Initiate and follow up clearance of Punch List, highlighttechnical problem encountered and provide technical expertise to classify  PL category as per criticality and safetyaspects.

• Approve the test records and verify updating on PIMSdatabase accordingly.

• Ensure the Red Line Mark-up are done on relevant drawingsand documents.

• Permanently liaise with OPS personnel participation fortesting and witnessing of the activities.

• Report immediately any unexpected event which may affect thecommissioning activities.

• PIMS R4 Knowledge or other completion database experience

Key Job Accountabilities:

• Subject Matter Expert for Process commissioning/Start up.

• Establish and be custodian of client's corporatecommissioning framework.

• Define, develop and implement and continuously improvecompletions and commissioning philosophies, standard documentation andprocedures and processes and go-buys.

• Custodian of the Process completion execution both ONSHOREand OFFSHORE.

• Management of iinternal and external interfaces with clientcounterparty, Vendor class and Statutory Regulatory bodies.

• Responsible for Corporate HSE Input for Process Completion.

• Assist Engineering with FAT support documenting all findingsinto database

• Interface with operations in the turnover of MechanicalAcceptance Package and certificates

Minimum Requirements:

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor Degree (BSc) inengineering discipline

• Minimum 15 years’ experience incommissioning within the Oil and Gas Industry with minimum 5 years as ProcessCompletion Specialist / Lead.

• Experience with major EPCContractors and fabrication activities in Asia yards.

• Experience in commissioningexecution and mandatory in Leak Test and Operational Test preparation andexecution.
