Job Purpose
-
Ensures effective implementationof the Project Management Systems through the Project Quality Plan and QualityProcesses.

Assure through Quality monitoringand measurement the implementation of QGPMS & EPCI Contract QualityRequirements, Leading Quality Audit Programs, Quality Surveillance and QualitySelf-Assessments.

Develops, Implements External and Internal Project Audit Programs.

Providing continuous support,coordination and advice to the North Field Expansion Offshore Project AssuranceManager on quality issues concerning PMT discipline execution and the oversightof Contractors/Suppliers.

Develop necessary QualityProcedures, Plans, Work Instructions and provides quality support and guidanceto the NFE Offshore PMT.

Supports planning andimplementation of Project Technical Integrity Verification Program to allowachievement of Safety Case Objectives.
Key Job Accountabilities:
• Assists in the Implementation of the QualityManagement System and assists in providing quality planning input for the PMT;Monitors Quality Management System effectiveness.
• Prepares and Executes/Leads under the directionof the Project Assurance Manager the PMT Internal and External Audit Scheduleincluding stewardship of audit findings to resolution and closure using anAction Tracking Close Out Process.
• Prepares and Leads Quality Surveillance Programsfor Procurement, Engineering Phases.
• Develops Quality Alerts, Quality Deficiences andNCRs as necessary and Stewards to Close Out.
• Monitors and Reports Quality KPIs to measure andimprove Quality Performance.
• Attends internal and external Quality Meetingsfacilitating quality planning, progress and action Close Out.
• Prepares and gains approval of Weekly andMonthly Quality Reports.
• Reviews and stewards Quality Deviations tospecifications, equipment and approved plans/procedures ensuring they aresubject to appropriate review and approval by QG SME.
• Maintains interfaces within PMT and towards EPCIto ensure a consistent, and effective Quality approach is applied across theNFE Offshore Project.
• Review and Approves EPCI Deliverables forQuality including Specifications, Plans and Reports.
• Monitors and Measures Contractors qualityperformance, provides, and distributes quality surveillance metrics asdescribed in the QMS Control Procedures.
• Supports Technical Integrity verificationProgram by ensuring that the Verification Scheme for Safety Critical Elementsis executed by the EPCI Contractor and that Verification Reports are generated.
• Provide guidance to the Contractor to promotecompliance; verify compliance with the Contract and fitness for purpose of thedelivered processes of Topsides , Pipeline and Jackets designs.
• Actively participates in Project Lessons LearnedProcess, facilitating capturing and closure.
Minimum Requirements:
Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelors Degree in Science orEngineering with higher or equivalent.

Preferred Diploma in QualityAssurance from a recognized Quality Institute.

IRCA ISO 9001 Lead AuditorAcceditation & Valid ISO 9001 Lead Auditor Certificate.

Preferred CSWIP Senior WeldingInspector with ISO 9712 NDE Qualifications.
-
Professional Quality Engineer with15 years of QA/QC experience in fabrication, construction, commissioning ofJackets, Topsides and Pipelines for Offshore Oil & Gas Projects.

More than 10 years’ experience inthe development and delivery of External & Internal Audit Programs alongwith Quality Surveillance Programs.

Shall have a proven track recordor deliverance in challenging project environments in a Senior QA Role.

Successfully completedInternational Offshore Projects from FEED to Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning,and Handover activities.

Previous experience of workingwithin a multi-cultural, multi-discipline, multi-location environment.

Good appreciation of qualityplanning, TIV programs and risk management.
