To provide administrative support to the assigned Supervisor/Manager. To ensure efficient and professional support & Coordination services to the assigned department/section/team

Deals with all incoming and outgoing correspondence, communications, documentations and reports as per specific instructions and company procedures in a timely, accurate and professional manner.


Ensures effective and timely distribution of information and reports pertaining to contracts administration and costing details. Maintains an up to date, effective and comprehensive documentation and filing system for all correspondence, documentation and reports.


Participates and assists in preparation of bids and detailed cost estimates. Liaises with concerned section/department regarding bids, scope of works, compensation and conditions of the contract.


Assists in the preparation and evaluation of bids during inquiry and bidding stages. Leads the Technical Evaluation team for reviewing bids and communicates with Commercial department for clarification.


Provide assistance as may be required in processing and updateing of relevant date on SAP including work serivce orders contract release orders, purchase orders etc.


Ensure the accurate and current records for each allocated contracts are maintained and in coordination with senior cost engineer ensure updated values


Ensures confidentiality of all assigned work.


Conducts all work activities in a safe and environmentally responsible manner at all times by not taking on any task(s) that are perceived to be unsafe.


Complies with the Dolphin QHSE Management System.


Reports all incidents or near misses to supervisor/manager or a QHSE representative.


Preforms other similar or related duties as required or assigned by supervisor/manager.

Educational Requirements / Qualifications:

Secondary certificate or at least have attended 2yrs education towards bachelors degree,preferably in a relevant subject or equivalent combination of relevant experience and training Good skill of MS Word and MS EXCEL




3 – 5 Years experience in similar administrative and support role in large organisation preferably in Oil & Gas.
