Senior Sales Engineer (Jakarta)


  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering / Degree in Mechanic/Electrical/Industrial Engineering
  • Having minimum 5 years experience as Account Executive/ Sales Engineer/ Business Development in mechanical Equipment for all industries
  • Having good communication in English

  • Responsible reprensenting of the bussines and product to customer and able to respond functional and technical aspect of RFIs/RFPs
  • RFI - Request for Information. These are usually relatively short documents that ask specific questions about the services a vendor provides. Often used a pre-qualifyer to determine which vendors will receive an RFP or RFQ.
  • RFP - Request for Proposal. These are often lengthy documents that provide detailed information on requirements such as function & workflow, business goals, integration specs, etc to the vendors so they may answer specific questions about how their solution will meet needs and goals. It often includes Scope of Work (SOW), pricing information, price quote, contract terms & conditions, as well as detailed reference information.
  • Operates with autonomy in accordance with clearly established the company marketing and sales policies and is accountable for sales, margins, selling expenses & sales contribution against the financial budget objectives for the company
  • Maintains good relationships with end users, OEM’s, System Houses personnel, while keeping head office advised of all market trends and competitive activity
  • Generates and Develop Distribution Channel, Project and Inquiries by Visiting Established Customer, survey market potential, identifies potential Customer, and Plan territory coverage to ensure maximum market Penetration
  • Functions will include preparing and implementing yearly business sales & marketing plans, monthly reporting against performance, monitoring performance against sales budgets, implementation of promotional activities in order to meet the requirements of the business as well as carrying out the necessary supportive administrative work
  • Demonstrate effectively and efficiently in their day to day sales activities, have targets to achieve and are measured by their results, manage their time correctly, maintain their database & complete necessary administration tasks and that meet all requirements
  • As a member of the Company Management team it is responsibility to identify potential issues that may impact on the company performance, table them at the appropriate management meeting, and where possible, provide a solution to the issue
  • Manage a large of Sales and Service Operation Regional Indonesia Market territory.
  • Manage and develop a national distribution and service network In Regional Indonesia Territory for Industrial, Mining or Oil and Gas Market
