As the Site Commissioning Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful commissioning of the solar farm.

Your responsibilities will include:

Coordination and Management: Oversee day-to-day activities related to cold commissioning, hot commissioning, and R2 testing. Coordinate with contractors, stakeholders, and project team members.

Safety and Compliance: Ensure that commissioning activities are carried out safely, adhering to all relevant safety protocols and standards. Monitor compliance with engineering design specifications, product manuals, and industry standards.

Budget and Timeline: Manage commissioning activities within the stipulated budget and timeline. Identify any potential delays or cost overruns and take corrective actions.

Progress Reporting: Regularly update the Project Manager on commissioning progress. Provide detailed reports, highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.

Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with contractors, AEMO (Australian Energy Market Operator), and Powerlink. Participate in weekly/monthly internal meetings to discuss project status and address any issues.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

Experience: Significant experience in commissioning large-scale solar projects or similar infrastructure projects.

Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage contractors and project stakeholders.

Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with solar farm commissioning processes, engineering standards, and safety protocols.

Reporting Abilities: Proficiency in preparing detailed progress reports and presenting findings to senior management.

Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to changing project requirements.
