Brownfield & HUC Division Manager
Job Specification
Ensure flawless execution of COMP 2 Brownfield & HUC scope of work in a safe, reliable and cost efficient manner, while protecting the interests for Qatargas’s Ventures’ Shareholders
Key Job Accountabilities

Manage the COMP2 brownfield & shutdown scope of work alignment between the various NFPS projects (FEED and EPC) to have consistent design basis & philosophies, brownfield synergies, offshore reliability and availability, shutdown planning, environmental standards and pre-investment for future expansion.

Manage the COMP2 HUC scope of work in accordance to the contractual dates with world class safety, quality and execution performance.

liaising with members of PMT (Business, Interface/Execution, Construction, Quality, and Safety) to ensure alignment on projects shutdown needs, objectives, and requirements.

Ensure the implementation of the brownfield & shutdown work process, benchmarking and leveraging from the brownfield & shutdown best practices in Qatargas and shareholders, identifying opportunities for improvement & synergy, to avoid production impact, and business interruption.

Develop and steward KPIs for COMP2 in order to ensure best-in class performance are implemented and demonstrated for both Brownfield and HUC scopes of work.

Participate and contribute in the plant shutdown look ahead plan in coordination. Ensure the appropriate, timely involvement of all NFPS Projects functions critical to the success of the shutdown.

Identify project brownfield\shutdown scope risks and synergies shall also include phasing project shutdown related scope to the trains planned shutdown windows to minimise mitigate production impact risk , minimisation of brownfield scopes to minimize shutdowns, synergise to minimise production loss, assessment of space and tie-in provision for future expansions

Identify HUC scope risks and synergies to minimise impact to the RFSU dates and mitigate production impact risk , minimisation of HUC to minimize shutdowns.

Participate in brownfield & shutdown review meeting with dedicated teams (cold eye reviews, integrated project reviews and gate review) and support close out activities.
Minimum Requirements

Bachelors’ degree in an Engineering discipline.

12 years’ experience within the Oil & Gas industry, of which 3 years’ operating at a senior Brownfield project management level with overall responsibility for Brownfield \shutdown execution.

10 Years of experience managing large Hook-up and Commissioning Scope of work.

Broad and extensive knowledge of brownfield engineering design standards, specifications, codes and appropriate safety criteria.

Extensive knowledge of offshore facilities and structures design, construction, and operations.

Broad knowledge of Brownfield projects administration.
