Requirements & Responsibilities:
· Bachelor of Science in Process, Mechanical, or Civil/Structural Engineering.
· 5-10 years of experience in Oil and Gas industry.
Provide project management support to operations and others (including Marine) by planning and executing Capital and Expense projects.
· Support generation of new project opportunities and project execution priorities with Capital Projects Advisor.
· Frame and evaluate opportunities, validating project drivers and timeline.
· Lead projects of various levels of complexity from alternative evaluation and front-end engineering, through detail engineering, specification, procurement, installation and commissioning.
· Develop and manage cost and schedule estimates. Use adequate project controls to provide the right level of schedule and cost forecasting.
· Develop and execute Project Execution Plans.
Provide engineering support and guidance to operations (including Maintenance and Reliability) and others by applying engineering principles and implementing technical solutions during project development and execution.
· Support engineering analysis to optimize current plant capacities and maximize infrastructure usage.
· Implement engineering knowledge and execute in-house engineering solutions when applicable.
· Develop Basis of Design (BOD) and implement during plan and engineering phase.
· Understand and ensure applicable company (TC&S) and industry standards are used for project designs.
· Identify applicable PSI.
· Manage and approve all engineering deliverables from 3rd Party Engineering services.
