• ProvideSHES direction, guidance and leadership to NFXP Onshore PMT and CONTRACTOR(s) across all EPC Packageswithin the assigned area.

• Performoversight of NFXP Onshore SHES performance and continual improvement process toensure compliance with all Project, Qatargas & RLC requirements.

• Support PMTSHES teams in all EPC packages in the implementation and verification of theNFXP Onshore SHES Plans andProcedures through clear planning, formal communication and interface betweenall involved parties.

• Support theNFXP Onshore EPCCONTRACTORS and provide expert SHES audit, performance measuring and continualimprovement advice and guidance to all PMT and CONTRACTOR Project Area DivisionManagers, and disciplines during all phases of the Project, to achieve theQatargas Mission to protect its people, assets and environment.

Responsibilities

• Supports the NFXP Onshore project inall SHES related disciplines and scope of work but with specific focus on performance monitoring, SHES compliance, andcontinual improvement. Shall be flexible and team-orientated.Supports the SHE Systems Head Shared Resources as the key focal point for theoverall project SHESmanagement system.

• Provides oversight of EPC CONTRACTORSand SUBCONTRACTORS SHES related procedures and carries outperiodic compliance, procedure and system audits to ensure compliance withrelevant project and RLIC procedures and requirements. Leads SHES auditsrelevant to the project SHES performance Excelence Keystone programs, andparticvipates in PMT and CONTRACTOR SHES assurance activities as required.

• Monitor site SHES programs and safework practices, and review and evaluate data, information and systems asrequired, related to findings from audits. Coordinates with SHES Systems Headin terms of systematic improvement opportunities and possible updates requiredfor the overall SHES Management Systems.

• Develops, implements and maintains audit related documentation, and reviewsrelevant CONTRACTOR’s and SUBCONTRACTOR’s documentation, as required. Maintains an overall Project audit actiontracking register with support of relevant EPC package PMTs and identifiesconcerning trends and lessons learned.

• Provides coaching and mentorship for thePMT SHES personnel to participate in audits and to ensure the timely completionof all audit deliverables, such as audit reports, and to drive the timely closeout of corrective actions.

• Liaise with internal/external groups asand when required in coordination with SHES Systems Head Shared Resources, e.g.QG Major Projects, CONTRACTORS, SUBCONTRACTORS, RLC, etc.

• Participates in safety meetings asneeded, and participates in site safety reviews, walkthroughs, audits,pre-start up safety reviews, SHES assessments.

• Oversees the EPC Package PMT auditprocess, participates in audits lead by EPC Package PMT personnel and CONTRACTORS,helps develop relevant corrective actions and oversees the timely follow-up,implementation and closeout of corrective actions thereof.  Monitors and expedites action items capturedin the project Action Tracking Register related to SHES audits.
