Information Management Specialist.


Job Purpose:


The NFPS iFEED information management Specialist supportsthe Head of Information Management in all aspects of information management. Hewill be responsible for day to day management and coordination of documentationto and from documentation between project document support as required bycontractor. Effectively collaborates and interfaces with PMT departments, QGoperations, Project Document Support and FEED contractor personnel (asrequired) to ensure project needs are met.


He/She will be actively involved in the preparation of informationManagement sections/ requirements of the EPC ITT and coordination ofclarifications and responses.


Key Job Responsibilities:

1, Provides information management expertise.

2, Maintains close liaison alignment on information Managementneeds, objectives and project documentation requirements.

3, Ensures that FEED/EPC Contractors are provided withaccess to requested facility documentation.

4, Collaborates with Project Document Support ad Operationsto maintain alignment on information management expectations.

5, Provides deliverable reports for weekly / Monthly Managementmeetings or as requested.

6, Ensures quality assurance and production timing of informationmanagement execution deliverables are in accordance with the approved projectexecution schedule.

7, Responsible for being knowledgeable of lessons learnedfrom previous projects with contractors and capturing and communicating of informationmanagement lessons learned for the current project.

8, Assesses FEED contractor capability and ensures informationmanagement support is available to address any gaps.

9, Advise the FEED contractors information Management organizationwith respect to:

·        Compliance with company policies for preventionof information brokering and commliance with business standards guidelines.

·        Final Handover procedures, processes anddeliverables.

10, Cooperates with review teams and supports post-audit activitieswith respect to contract administration and subcontracting.

 Minimum Requirements:


1, Minimum 10 years’ Experience in oil & gas industry.

2, Broad and extensive knowledge of;

o  Deliverable Management.

o  Information Management project process

3, Excellent communication skills and ability to read, writeand speak fluent English

4, Proficient in Microsoft office suite of software programs.

5, Degree as a Min or equivalent experience.

1, Strong organizational, management, and technicaljudgement skills.

2, Ability to adapt to tight deadlines, heavy workloads, andfrequent changes in priorities.

3, Make decisions in the general interest while pursuing businessresults.

4, Prepare contingency plans for the unexpected (pro –active, forward – looking)

6, Excellent communication skills and ability to read, writeand speak fluent English.

7, Good knowledge of project information Management Systems.
