An exciting opportunity has presented itself at Applus. Our Great Yarmouth office is looking for an Apprentice Business Administrator This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward thinking and successful company should you want to propel your career in business admin.

Duties you will be working towards:

•  Assist with all administration requirements
•  Learning how to then formatting of all reports
•  Updating hard copy training files with updated certificates
•  Advising operations of impending training requirements for all employees
•  Taking minutes for department meetings
•  Setting up new supplier/new customer documentation
•  General Administration duties including incoming and outgoing mail duties
•  Answering and diverting telephone calls
•  Taking accurate telephone messages and passing to relevant parties

Skills and Personal Qualities

A Business Administrator should:
• Have excellent organisation skills both oral and Written.
• Attentive attention to detail
• Experience using Microsoft packages
• Works well in a team.
• Be able to work off your own initiative.

What you’ll need.

Beyond your academic qualifications, that should be national 5 (or equivalent) A-C in Maths, English and an IT subject. We will be looking for evidence that you're genuinely interested in and enthusiastic about developing a career in Applus UK.
