The EPC Project Schedule Specialist coordinatesall aspects of Project Schedules including level 1 to level 4 schedules,productivity, reporting, progress measurement, schedule development and schedulecontrol. Monitors the Contractor’s project schedules in areas of performance, progressmonitoring and schedule forecast. Provide advice as necessary to make certainthe Company’s objectives are achievedThe Project Controls Specialist coordinates allaspects of Project Controls including reporting, cost control, progressmeasurement, schedule development and schedule control.  Monitors the Contractor’s project controlsperformance in the area of scheduling, progress monitoring and cost control andprovide advice as necessary to make certain the Company’s objectives areachieved

·      Providesschedule, progress measurement and cost management expertise within the ProjectTeam.

·      Monitorsand appraises the performance of Contractor in the areas of cost control,progress measurement and schedule control.

-         Reviews and assess theContractor’s plans and procedures for progress, scheduling, cost and projectcontrols and modifies as necessary to meet the project’s objectives. EnsuresContractor’s plans and procedures comply with Contract requirements.

-         Reviews and endorsesschedule, progress and cost baselines and forecast prepared by the Contractor.

-         Analyses cost, schedule andprogress trends developed by the Contractor.

-         Reviews and endorsesmeasured progress reported by the Contractor.

-         Reviews and interrogatesthe cost and schedule basis of Contractor's change requests/proposals - reviewsand endorses change orders.

-         Reviews, analyses, andendorses Contractor’s Lump Sum invoices and ensures consistency with approvedearned progress.

-         Assists PMT indeveloping/reviewing cost and schedule corrective actions and recovery plans,and making sure needed actions/plans are implemented.

·      SupportsProject Controls Head with ongoing project cost and schedule analysis,reporting, forecasting, and change management.

-         Analyses cost and scheduletrends, develop and review cost and schedule forecasts.

-         Reviews and monitors costand schedule implications of changes. Provides timely advice on cost and schedule impact of changes,modifications or alternatives and maintains project trend and change order log.

-         Coordinate preparation ofPMT weekly and monthly reports.

-         Prepares and coordinateinput for Project Status Review presentation packages.

-         Prepares input of monthlycost reports. (budgets, forecast, expenditures, commitments).

-         Prepares monthly estimatesof Work-In-Place (WIP) for Owner and 3rd-party costs.

-         Assist PMT in meeting QGMSexpectation as required.

Respondsto ad hoc requests from PMT related to Controls/Reporting·      Thoroughand extensive knowledge of:

-         Project controlsprinciples, theories, concepts and tools.

-         Qatargas and ExxonMobilpractices, processes, and expectations with respect to project controls.

·      Bachelorsof Science in Engineering with relevant experience.

·      Minimumof twenty (20) years broad experience in the area of project controls,including cost, schedule and progress reporting.

·      Minimumten (10) years experience associated with engineering, procurement andconstruction for large (> $1BN) Onshore Facilities.

·      Minimumfive (5) years experience associated with engineering, procurement andconstruction of large onshore LNG plants.

·      Excellentcomputer skills.  Proficient in the useof MS Office 2010 (Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook)

·      Expertlevel in the use of PRIMAVERA (P6) / MS PROJECT planning software

·      Expertlevel knowledge in cost control & monitoring of large EPC projects
